By creating a GenZTrade account, accessing the GenZTrade platform, or using any GenZTrade service ("Service"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of a jurisdiction where use of the Service is permitted. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Content displayed on the Service — including trading signals, alerts, price targets, stop levels, confidence scores, win rates, market analysis, momentum indicators, and portfolio recommendations — constitutes general market research and information. Such content:
You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions made using information obtained from the Service. GenZTrade LLC does not execute trades on your behalf and does not have custody of your funds or securities.
Past performance of any signal, algorithm, or trading strategy displayed on the Service does not guarantee future results. Any performance data, win rate, hit rate, confidence score, or track record shown on the Service reflects historical algorithmic output and does not represent actual user outcomes.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription tiers and pricing are described on the GenZTrade pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. You authorize GenZTrade LLC to charge your payment method for each renewal period.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period except as required by law.
GenZTrade offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 14 days, all sales are final except as required by law. To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact [email protected].
If a payment fails, GenZTrade LLC may suspend or downgrade your account without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify [email protected] immediately of any unauthorized use. GenZTrade LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Service.

All content, code, algorithms, designs, and materials on the Service are the property of GenZTrade LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
The Service may display market data, news, or other information from third-party providers (including Yahoo Finance, Polygon.io, and various news sources). GenZTrade LLC does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Delays or interruptions in third-party data feeds may affect signal generation. The Service may link to third-party websites, brokers, or services; GenZTrade LLC is not responsible for the content or practices of any third party.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, GenZTrade LLC's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GenZTrade LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your trading or investment decisions, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service ("Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, and not in a court of law, except as expressly provided below.
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms. The arbitration shall take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming, or, at your election, in your county of residence within the United States. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator.
The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any Dispute, including any claim that all or any part of these Terms is void or voidable.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for Disputes within the jurisdictional limit of that court.
If this class-action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entire Section 12 shall be null and void, and the Dispute shall be resolved in the courts specified in Section 13.
You may opt out of Section 12 (Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver) by sending a written opt-out notice to GenZTrade LLC at [email protected] within 30 days of the date you first accepted these Terms. The notice must include your name, email, mailing address, and a clear statement that you are opting out of the arbitration and class-action waiver. If you opt out, Section 13 (Governing Law and Venue) shall apply to any Dispute.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 12 (Arbitration), any Dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
GenZTrade LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Material modifications will be communicated to you by email and by notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
For material changes affecting Sections 10 (Limitation of Liability) or 12 (Arbitration), you will be required to affirmatively accept the modified Terms upon your next login. Failure to accept will result in account suspension until acceptance is received or the account is cancelled.
Either you or GenZTrade LLC may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 2, 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, and 17 shall survive termination.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published by GenZTrade LLC, constitute the entire agreement between you and GenZTrade LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
