GenZTrade LLC (“GenZTrade”, “we”, “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company operating the GenZTrade platform at genztrade.ai. We provide algorithmic trading signals and market-research technology as a subscription service.

We do not intentionally collect any “sensitive personal information” as defined by CCPA (Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, government IDs, health information, precise geolocation, race, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or contents of your private communications) except where you voluntarily include such information in an email or support message to us.

We do NOT use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or Facebook/Meta tracking pixels.
The Service is intended for users age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not create an account or provide us with personal information. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us with personal information should contact [email protected].
Collection of your phone number at signup does NOT constitute consent to receive SMS messages. Consent to receive SMS trading alerts requires a separate, affirmative opt-in in your account settings (or an equivalent affirmative act).

GenZTrade LLC is based in the United States and our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland: transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where applicable) or Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission as an alternative safeguard.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (typo fixes, clarifications) take effect on publication.
